The Indonesian banking world is experiencing very rapid development, more and new banks are popping up such as Islamic banks, so that business in the increasingly competitive. research objective was to determine effect of religious culture, leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction. This causal associative examines intervening variables using path analysis. conducted 2022, from a saturated sample, sample 80 respondents obtained. results this study culture partially have significant performance. Religious has no Job satisfaction influence In Sobel test, cannot mediate relationship between can implications employees at Bank Syariah Indonesia feel high an understanding working well for living worship.
